Note:
- Due to the nature of handmade, customer should expect variation in color, shade, patterns, sizes
- Customer is responssible to inspect the tiles upon delivery.
- Unfortunately we do not offer any refund, however if you received damaged tiles, you must contact us within 48h from receiving the tiles and email us images of the damaged tiles. Once we evaluate the images we will only replace the damaged tiles but you will be reliable for shipping the broken tiles to us and we will ship you back the replacement tiles.
- We only replace same type of tiles, so if you ordered patterned tiles we will replace them with the same patterned tiles and if you ordered solid color tiles we will replace them with the same solid color tiles. Due to the limited avaialbility of the encaustic tiles, if we do not have the replacement tiles in stock, you may have to wait untill we have them in stock and it may take few days or several months. We will be contacting you as soon as we have the tiles in stock.
- Unfortnately we do not accept tiles that already been installed.
- In order to replace the damaged tiles, you will need to ship to us the damaged tiles along with their original boxes, otherwise we won't be able to replace the tiles for you.
